-- Tapad’s Dave Fall to Serve as Cross-Device Executive on Prestigious Board --
The Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) recently announced their new Board of Directors, which includes Dave Fall as a representative for Tapad, the leader in cross-device marketing technology. The NAI is the leading nonprofit self-regulatory association comprised exclusively of third-party digital advertising companies. At-large Board members were elected by NAI member companies.
Fall will work with other advertising and technology leaders to ensure the industry-wide development and implementation of rigorous, practical and scalable standards that benefit both consumers and businesses. Fall’s term on behalf of Tapad is effective immediately and will run through May 31, 2017.
“Tapad has made protecting consumer privacy paramount since Day 1,” said Are Traasdahl, Founder and CEO of Tapad. “We are extremely pleased to accept this prestigious nomination and help shape best-practices that benefit marketers while also protecting consumers. I have every confidence that Dave will bring a thoughtful, practical voice to this prestigious Board.”
“I congratulate Tapad and Dave Fall on his election to the NAI Board of Directors,” said NAI President & CEO Leigh Freund. “Tapad is an innovative leader in our industry and its membership in NAI demonstrates the company’s commitment to responsible data collection and use for digital advertising.”
Active in both leadership as well as media product management, Fall plays a cross-functional management role within Tapad. A seasoned digital media vet, Fall held senior roles at DoubleClick, before and after their acquisition by Google. During his tenure with DoubleClick, he worked on DoubleClick’s ad technology products for both publishers and advertisers. He also served as COO of Clickable/SYNCAPSE, where he drove notable growth for the company.
